The
SimplyWriteSM
process ensures that all customers
receive the same quality service and attention. The diagram
above shows every step along the way. First, during the
Planning Phase, we interview the client to define what is
needed, who will be involved and how we will approach the
project. Second, after we agree on the work to be done, our
writers complete the First Draft Phase, make client
revisions and then submit the second and final draft for
approval. During the Final Draft Phase, we make sure clients
receive professional, first-class documentation, on time and
for the right price.
We strive
for excellence in everything we do. That means we put as
much effort into our Post-Project Phase as we do the other
phases. By conducting a survey of our clients and team
members at the end of each project, we can improve our
systems and build on our successes. This last step separates
the good writing companies from the great ones – and we aim
for great! |
